Acharya Aashish is a spiritual leader; he is the awakened master and a nobody. In this discourse he talks about the most controversial subject of today, Sex. He says Sex is not a sin, it becomes a sin if you do not do it.

The Kamasutra talks about creating the space for the woman to relax before the sexual experience begins. In the Kamasutra, importance is given to creating space for the woman, who is called as the receiver, the space created, the time created is from where she can more easily enter a state of high arousal, excitement and then she experiences great pleasure from her Yoni, then her partner (the giver) will experience the joy of giving pleasure and witnessing the special moment, the word used is a special moment and for this special moment you must prepare yourself to give and receive sex. Firstly, you must not be in a hurry, take your time, come into the sexual zone completely, do not worry, no God is watching you and if God is watching let him watch it, you are his creation, do not feel bad about sex, drop all ideologies about sex, remain a witness to your body moments, then as Kamasutra suggests engage in foreplay because foreplay tingles the nerves which push the sexual experience to greater limits and these nerves are present all over the body.
